After Replacement you will have to set the options from Service Menu and add-remove scan rate converter
Failure to do this will result in the TV Displaying Negative Colors, This is not an indication of Bad T-CON
If you are not Familiar with Service Menu settings, Please refer the repair to an experienced service Station
